2017 Membership Packs: UPDATE

Port Adelaide wishes to advise renewals or purchase of 2017 memberships after 13 January will have delayed delivery time of approximately 6-7 weeks from date of purchase.

This delay owes to the closure of the club’s third-party packing/postage contract over the Christmas and New Year period.

Distribution of memberships purchased before 13 January 2017 will still take place within the dedicated 14-21 day period from date of purchase. If your pack has been in transit for more than 10 days since the date advised, in the first instance please visit your local post office.

Memberships purchased as gifts can have a gift certificate issued upon request by calling our Membership hotline on 1300 467 232.

A tracking email will be issued to all new members following the dispatch of membership packs.

Port Adelaide will contact members yet to receive membership packs with information on how to see games in the JLT Community Series for free via an e-ticket.
