I’ve just purchased a membership, how long should I expect until it’s delivered?
Membership packs will be mailed from 1 November 2017. You can expect to receive your membership pack within 10-20 business days.
Can I track the delivery of my membership pack?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail and tracking e-mail after purchase of your membership. This allows you to track your pack at any time using the information provided in the e-mail.
What happens if my membership card doesn’t arrive before the game?
You can download a single game ticket by simply logging into your Port Adelaide Football Club account manager online – this ticket must be printed prior to 4pm on the last business day before the game.
Alternatively, visit the Port Adelaide membership marquee in the Southern Plaza at Adelaide Oval, just off War Memorial Drive. Upon presentation of photo ID one of our friendly Member Services team can allocate you a ticket to the game

How do I become a Port Adelaide Football Club member?
It’s simple! Just visit our membership packages page here on www.weareportadelaide.com.au or call the club’s membership hotline 1300 GO PAFC (1300 467 232) between 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday-Friday.
What if I want to change the seat associated with my membership?
If you wish to change your reserved seat or upgrade your membership whilst keeping the same seat, you are required to apply by filling in a seat change request prior to 19 December 2017. Due to reserved seat categories being fully allocated in 2017, we will not be able to accommodate all requests.
Can I transfer my reserved seat?
To transfer you reserved seat to another member, you will need to complete a transfer seat form to successfully complete the process.
We require the form to be signed by both parties and returned to the club by 19 December 2017.
Can I sit with a friend or family member at games?
If your friend or family member does not have a reserved seat membership or ticket, they can purchase a General Admission ticket at the gate, which will give access to seating at the back of the Riverbank and Eastern Stands, the Hill, or seats in the north-eastern pocket of the Adelaide Oval. Reserved seat members can then sit with their friend or family member in the General Admission areas.
General admission members and general admission daily ticket holders can sit together in the designated General Admission areas.
Can I book a reserved seat at the game?
General Admission members
Yes – General Admission members are able to book a reserved seat in advance via the Ticketek website or on game day at one of the ticket offices, subject to availability.
You will need your membership barcode which is printed on the back of your membership card. Additional fees will apply to book a reserved seat.
Essential Power members – Western Stand
Yes – Essential Power members are able to book a reserved seat in the Western Stand in advance via the Ticketek website, subject to availability. Booking of seats in the Western Stand close at 5pm on the final business day before the game.
You will need your membership barcode which is printed on the back of your membership card. Additional fees will apply to book a reserved seat.

What is a family membership? Am I eligible for one?
Family memberships are available for Platinum, Gold and Silver reserved seat categories. In 2018, we have the following Family options:
Family (2 + 2) – 2 adults and up to 2 juniors (14 years of age and under as of 1 January in each calendar year)
Family (2 + 4) – 2 adults and up to 4 juniors (14 years of age and under as of 1 January in each calendar year)

I would like a reserved seat at Adelaide Oval, how can I request one?
All reserved seating categories are fully subscribed. If you would like to apply for a reserved seat membership in future, please purchase an 11-game general admission Wait List membership.
This provides you with unreserved seating game access to general admission areas (see terms and conditions) for all 11 home games during the season, and places you on the club’s Wait List for a reserved seat when one becomes available.
Existing 11 Game General Admission + Wait List members will be contacted when reserved seats become available.

What is an Easy Pay payment plan and how can I join the program?
Why not make your renewal simple and easy by letting us do the work for you? Easy Pay takes the hassle out of renewing your membership and makes being a Port Adelaide member easy!
Easy Pay also allows you to pay upfront at the beginning of the year and automatically renew each year after. All you need is a VISA or MasterCard credit or debit card and we can automatically deduct your payment over six (6), eight (8) or ten (10) months, with payment automatically scheduled for the 17th of each month (or on the next business day).

Depending on which Easy Pay payment plan you choose, members may need to make catch up payments if joining after first payment schedule.
Members will be sent a renewal notice three weeks prior to your automatic renewal, which still gives you the opportunity to update or change your payment or membership details.

Can I pay instalments manually?
The only available option to pay via instalments is our Easy pay system.
Can I cancel my membership and do I receive a refund?
As a general policy, Club Memberships are non-refundable.
Once a membership has been purchased, Port Adelaide Football Club is under no obligation to provide a cancellation, refund or downgrade option.
Such requests may be made in writing and are at the sole discretion of the Club’s Membership Manager.

How can I get into Port Adelaide games with an AFL membership?
AFL members with Port Adelaide as their nominated club of support have general admission access to Power home games – simply scan your AFL membership card at the gates or book a reserved seat on a game-by-game basis through Ticketek (fees apply). Entry is subject to capacity.
Alternatively, AFL members with Port Adelaide as their nominated club of support can apply to have a season reserved seat through the Port Adelaide Football Club. Please contact Member Services 1300 GO PAFC (467 232) for more information.
How can I buy daily tickets to a Port Adelaide home game?
You can buy tickets to Power minor round home games through Ticketek on a game-by-game basis. Reserved seat tickets, or General Admission tickets are available and can be purchased through the Ticketek website four (4) weeks prior to the game, or on game day at the ticket offices located around the Adelaide Oval (North, South and East gates).
The Port Adelaide Football Club does not sell individual match tickets.
For games deemed ‘high demand’, we recommend you pre-purchase your tickets via Ticketek either online, over the phone or at an outlet to avoid disappointment on missing out when purchasing at the gate.
Is there disabled seating and car parking available at Adelaide Oval?
Disabled seating is available with the purchase of a ticketed Port Adelaide membership.

Disabled-access parking is available through the Adelaide Oval Stadium Management Authority (AOSMA).

How old is a Junior Member and what packs are they eligible for?
A person is eligible for a Junior Membership if they are under 15 years of age on 1 January of the season’s calendar year.
Example – for a member to be eligible for Junior membership in 2018, they must be under 15 years of age as of January 1, 2018.
Junior Memberships are available in all member categories excluding Country, We Are Port Adelaide upgrade, Pet, International and Digital.
What constitutes a valid concession card and do I need to prove my entitlement?
Persons aged 15 and over as at 1 January in the current season are classified as an adult, unless they hold valid Concession identification.
A person must have the appropriate form of concession to purchase a concession ticket and must be able to produce this identification upon entry to the ground. If a concession card cannot be produced, the member will need to upgrade the ticket to an Adult at the nearest ticket office to which a fee will apply.
A second form of identification (e.g. drivers licence, Medicare card, credit card) may be requested when purchasing or utilising a concession ticket to verify the concession entitlement.
- Patrons holding one of the following cards are eligible to purchase a ticket at the concession rate;
- Centrelink issued: Pensioner Concession Card (PCC)*
- Department of Veterans’ Affairs card or Department of Veterans’ Affairs issued Pensioner Concession Card*
- Full time secondary or tertiary student cards**
*Primary card holder only (not dependants) are entitled to the concession price.
** Does not include International Student cards
I carry a valid companion card, can my nominated companion access games with me?
If you carry a valid companion card and require a carer to attend the football with you, you are entitled to an additional membership of the same level at no extra cost, or, if not a member, your companion is entitled to an admission ticket at no charge.
The companion card number is required at time of purchase, and will need to be sighted upon entry to Adelaide Oval at each game.
The AFL is a National Affiliate of the Companion Card program and we agree to provide an admission ticket for the cardholder’s companion at no charge. The Companion Card program is applicable at all AFL Venues.
What member-exclusive game day experience benefits are available to me?
The club offers the opportunity for junior members to participate in the Junior Guard of Honour before games, and for selected members to enjoy the pre-game warmup on the field as part of the Members On-Ground Viewing program. If you are interested in participating contact Ben at the club on 1300 GO PAFC (1300 467 232).
Can members go to the club’s post-game functions?
All members and supporters are welcome at the club’s official post-game functions at the Adelaide Oval and interstate venues, subject to capacity.
The official post-game function is held in the William Magarey Room on Level 3 of the Riverbank Stand at Adelaide Oval.

Is there a dress code at the Adelaide Oval?
Western Stand – Essential Power and Adelaide Oval (AOSMA) Football members
Neat casual attire must be worn by all persons seeking or gaining admission to the Western Stand.
The Adelaide Oval Stadium Management Authority (AOSMA) reserves the right to refuse admission to the Western Stand, any person who in the opinion of an employee or agent of the AOSMA is deemed to be inappropriately attired.
In any event, no person wearing rubber thongs, singlets or football shorts will be allowed admission to or be permitted to remain in the Western Stand.
All other locations
Footwear must be worn at all times at the Adelaide Oval. Offensive, provocative or racially vilifying slogans, logos or symbols will not be permitted to enter the stadium.
Is the Western Stand reserved or unreserved seating?
The Western Stand is a combination of reserved and unreserved seating. Reserved sections are labelled with blue reserved seat covers or signs.
Level 1 is all unreserved.
How do I get a guest pass into the Western Stand?
Essential Platinum and Essential Gold members can purchase up to four (4) guest passes to the Western Stand, subject to capacity. We recommend pre-purchasing your guest passes by entering your Essential barcode number via the Ticketek website when tickets are released for each game.
You can also purchase at any ticket office on the day of the game on presentation of your Essential Power membership card.
*Access to guest passes will be possible for most home games, however may not be for high demand games.
Can I save a seat in the Western Stand?
Holding seats for friends, family or guests who have not yet arrived at the venue before the match is not permitted. This includes verbally, or placing items such as rugs, bags or clothing over seats.
- Seats must not be saved for latecomers. Denying a seat from someone who is at the venue in favour of someone who is yet to arrive is unfair, and this underpins the policy.
- Once a seat has been occupied it may, of course, be reserved temporarily while members are absent from the seat for reasonable purposes (food, beverages, bathroom etc).
- In the spirit of fair play we respectfully ask that you and your guests adhere to the policy. If you observe any abuse of this regulation, please report the matter to the nearest Event Staff. Please do not take up the issue yourself.
- For those members who feel uneasy about leaving their seats entirely it is suggested that you have one of your group remain with the seats.
The ‘no seat saving’ policy is standard practice in other Stadiums interstate including the Members and AFL Reserves at the MCG and is a condition of membership.
Where can general admission members sit at the Adelaide Oval?
General admission members can sit at the back of the Riverbank Stand, Eastern Stand, on the Hill (northern mound adjacent the historic scoreboard) and in the open seating in the north-eastern pocket of the Oval.
- If you hold a General Admission 11 Game Membership you are entitled to access all 11 Minor Round games at Adelaide Oval.
- If you hold an Interstate Membership, you are entitled to access 2 Minor Round Home Games at Adelaide Oval sitting in a General Admission area.
- If you hold a Victorian 5 or 11 Game Membership, you are entitled to access 2 Minor Round Home Games at Adelaide Oval sitting in a General Admission area.
- If you hold a 3 Game Membership, you are entitled to access 3 Minor Round Home Games at Adelaide Oval sitting in a General Admission area
- If you hold a Country Membership, you are entitled to access 5 Minor Round Home Games at Adelaide Oval sitting in a General Admission area.
General Admission access is subject to availability on the day. For most games, you can simply scan your card at the entry gates to enter the ground. Or, you can choose to pay a small fee to book to a reserved seat on a match-by-match basis which would guarantee your entry into the ground – this is recommended for high demand games.
Can I access both Showdowns at Adelaide Oval?
If you hold Port Adelaide membership with Power game access, you are eligible to attend our Home Showdown.
Your card will not scan at the Adelaide Crows’ ‘home’ Showdown.
What access does my ‘Magpies’ member card give me?
For Home Game access at Alberton Oval simply present your card to a gate attendant on match day at Alberton Oval.
If you hold a reserved seat card you can access the stand noted on the back of your membership card.
For Home and Away Match access, present the card to a gate attendant on match day at either Alberton Oval for home games, or the appropriate Away Oval for away games.
As a full paying ‘Power’ Member, how can I access Magpies Games?
You can access all Magpies Home Games by purchasing a We Are Port Adelaide Magpie upgrade for $50. Any member paying full price for a Power product is eligible to purchase this upgrade. An additional membership card will be posted to you.
As a full paying ‘Magpie’ Member, how can I access Power Games?
You can access three (3) Power Home Games by purchasing our We Are Port Adelaide Power upgrade for $50. Any full paying Magpie member is eligible to purchase this upgrade. An additional membership card will be posted to you.
Do South Australian Members get access to Interstate Games?
Members with home game membership access do not get interstate access as part of their membership.

What is the Gameday Code of Conduct and does it apply to me?
The Port Adelaide Football Club Gameday Code of Conduct applies to all members and supporters of the club and spectators admitted to Port Adelaide home games.
We are a family club with strong values when it comes to the enjoyment and participation in Australian Football either as a player, official or spectator.
Conditional on the attendance at Port Adelaide home games or as a Member or supporter of the club at any games is an understanding and acceptance of the club’s Game day Code of Conduct.

4. Finals and interstate ticketing

Does my membership give me access to AFL finals?
All members are required to purchase a ticket for AFL finals – membership cards will not scan for entry.
All Port Adelaide (Power) members with game access will have a pre-sale to purchase AFL finals tickets to Port Adelaide games.
The AFL makes tickets available for members of both competing clubs at the start of the member pre-sale. This means you may not necessarily be able to purchase a ticket into the same section that you usually sit in. Members are encouraged to purchase early and online to avoid disappointment.
The club will communicate directly with members regarding the on-sale times and ticketing agents for AFL finals.
Does my membership entitle me to priority access at the AFL Grand Final?
Club 1870, Black Diamond, Platinum and Essential Power Platinum members will be entitled to Priority 1 Grand Final Tickets. You will be eligible to purchase a 2018 AFL Grand Final ticket should Port Adelaide be a competing club.
Essential Gold, Gold A and Gold B members will be entitled to Priority 2 Grand Finals Tickets, should Port Adelaide be a competing club.
In order to do this, the Member must have a valid credit card. One (1) Grand Final ticket will be offered for each current Membership in the Membership category recorded on the Club’s database as at 30 July 2018. The Membership category is strictly non transferable after 30 July 2018.
Junior tickets are not available for the Grand Final, however eligible Junior Members may purchase a Concession ticket.
How do interstate members access their tickets in their state?
Victorian 5 members simply scan the barcode on the back of their membership card at the gate and will be entitled to General Admission access, to all Power games played in VIC.
Victorian 11 members simply scan the barcode on the back of their membership card at the gate and will be entitled to AFL Reserve access, to all Power games played in VIC, plus an additional 11 games of their choice at the MCG.
Interstate members can acquire tickets to their entitlement games by using their Port Adelaide Football Club online Account Manager. As there are strict deadlines in place regarding Interstate Ticketing entitlements, any orders requested outside the nominated dates may not be accepted:
You must hold an Interstate Membership with entitlements to tickets through the Port Adelaide Football Club, when Port Adelaide are a competing team in your state.

What is Seat Return?
Seat return is the option for reserved seat members to ‘return’ their seat back to the club for individual games that you can’t attend. The club will then make your seat available for other supporters to buy through Ticketek.
Why return my seat?
There’s nothing better than Adelaide Oval full of Port Adelaide supporters, so if you can’t attend, make sure someone else can and help us pack out the stadium. The atmosphere created by our members and supporters is second to none, so make sure we’re able to get a full house and help get the boys over the line.
What do I get when I return my seat?
If you return your seat and it is successfully resold via Ticketek you will be provided with a credit towards your 2019 membership. The credit is approximately 15% of the daily ticket price of your seat. Please note that credits are based on the seating category – not your membership category, eg. a Platinum member in a Silver A seating area is only entitled to the Silver A credit price should the seat successfully resell.
Seats designated as restricted view, if successfully resold, will be entitled to the credit of the next seating category down (eg. A restricted view seat in a Gold B seating area will be eligible for a Silver A credit if successfully resold).
If your seat is not resold via Ticketek then you will not receive any credits.
How do I return my seat?
To return your seat, simply login to your Port Adelaide Account Manager using your personal login details to start the process. Full instructions can be found below.
Please remember – Seat Returns are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed once completed in Account Manager. If you return your seat, your member card will be suspended for the game so you will not be able to attend using your membership.

3. A calendar will appear. Find the date of the match you wish to return seats for and click the name of the game.
4. Select return as the action
5. Tick the box in the ‘tickets’ column for each ticket you wish to return
6. Click the return button in the top right. The number of seats you are returning will be in brackets
7. A pop-up will appear. Confirm your seat return by clicking continue to return
9. Once you have submitted your seat return, click logout to close your session. You will be emailed a confirmation.
All seat returns must be completed online by the account holder. Our Member Services is available during business hours to assist on 1300467232 or firstname.lastname@example.org but we cannot complete the seat return facility on behalf of members.
What members can return their seat?
Reserved seat members in the Riverbank Stand, East Stand and Northern Concourse.
I know someone that will use my seat if I can’t attend – can I give them a ticket without giving them my member card?
Yes, this is called Ticket Transferring and is completed using your Port Adelaide Account Manager. This is the online equivalent of giving someone your member card.
Please note that Ticket Transferring allows you to give your seat to someone else for free. Since this ticket is not being resold, you are not eligible for a credit on your 2019 membership when using the Ticket Transferring facility, unlike Seat Return which allows your seat to be resold via Ticketek.
All Reserved Seat and Essential Power members can use Ticket Transferring, but General Admission members cannot. However, GA memberships remain transferrable so members are still allowed to physically pass their member cards onto friends).
During the Ticket Transferring process you will need to enter your friend’s name and email address, and they will be sent instructions on how to download a free ticket for your seat.
Please be aware that Transferred tickets remain at the same price level (eg, a junior membership will forward as a junior ticket) so ensure the recipient is entitled to the same ticket price level.

Can I view the Player’s Race and Port Adelaide Football Club Honour Board?
Members can contact PAFC Member Services on 1300 GO PAFC (467 232) to make a time to view the Player’s Race and Honour Board at Adelaide Oval.
Can I get involved in the Cheer Squad and what does the Cheer Squad membership entitle me to?
Any Port Adelaide member can also be a member of the Port Adelaide Cheer Squad (PACS). The PACS is the Official Adelaide-based Supporter Group of the Port Adelaide Football Club. Membership costs just $20 for adults and $10 for children under 15 on 1 January of the season’s calendar year.
