Mobile Ticketing

Now Available

Left your membership card at home? Lost your membership card? Or simply prefer to use your mobile phone for game entry instead of a membership card? You can now access your membership card on your mobile phone!

 

Mobile Ticketing Guidelines

  • Mobile ticketing is available at any time – even on the day of the game. Just make sure you access your ticket at least 30 minutes prior to scanning at the turnstile.
  • The mobile ticket is a replica of your membership barcode. If the mobile ticket is scanned for entry, the membership card will not scan.
  • Please turn up the brightness on your phone so the turnstile or scanner has no issues reading the QR code
  • You must keep your mobile ticket on you at all times once inside the ground.
  • Please make sure your mobile ticket is handy for venue staff to check at aisles and crossovers.

If you have any issues with your membership on a game day at Adelaide Oval, please visit the Member Services team in the tent adjacent to the cafe near the South Gate.

Select the applicable game
